Who Owns the Drone?

A Discussion on the Role of Technology in Society

The Georgia Peace and Justice Coalition's Drone Task Force and Georgia WAND invite students, scientists, teachers and researchers to join us for light refreshments and to participate in a round table discussion about the application and ownership of technology, research and knowledge in society. We will explore who does (or should) get to decide how scientific research is used, and who profits from it, with a special focus on the development of unmanned aerial vehicles and autonomous robots going on right here at Georgia Tech.  Come share your opinions.

RSVPs appreciated, please contact emilia@georgiawand.org  or call 404-524-5999 x 13
